The whole way through this I was going yes, yes and yes! I could have said all of this myself, and you know Arielle, it is the type of honesty needed when it comes to recover(ing). The type of honesty I would be grateful of when at the point of making this choice. This video should be inned everywhere! Excellent stuff, truely. Rache xxx

This was really helpful- i only wish i'd seen this a few months ago when i thought i was ready to return to education. 3 months down the line, i'm struggling immensely with my studies and i'm relapsing....
