We get into the Outcasts base and find out what's going on. To play this you will need Xbox Live and $10. Download the DLC and then go into the wasteland. You will get a signal on the radio. Go from there.

love it! i cant connect to this dlc , i have been everywhere, megaton, monument,would there be something wrong with the install.

ok i bought broken steel first so i could carry on with the story, i am halfway through broken steel and i decided to download operation anchorage, however the radio message wont play so i cant start operation anchorage. someone please help!!!!!

Near the end of the game, you get Fawkes the Super Mutant to help you. You can only get him if you have positive karma.

Just go around the wasteland until you get it. It should take a couple of minutes. You can be as low level as you want btw.

This mission is avaliable only on Xbox 360 or it can be played on PC as well?

Yes you can get this on the PC version of the game. I'm not sure how. If you really want to know use the Fallout Wiki. I'm sure it says there.
