READ: I should say that after doing week 3 a second time, I still couldn't do the final set without pausing, but I didn't have nearly as much trouble as I did a week earlier.

  • their a lot of different ways to get to 100push ups, push ups don't need a lot of rest, and you can increase amounts you do by a lot, here is a link on where are you can read info on it freewebs (dot) com/spikerok/

  • Thanks for the link. I think I'll stick with what I've started, though. Especially since it is a program that is widely well received, meaning there's a greater chance that it has some merit.

  • HI from Ukraine, I will be quick. The best way for me was to do 500 a day than I tried to do 500 in few hours, than in 1 hour. The main thing is to do as many as you can everytime even if you are tired. Believe me. Now i am up to 1500 in 1 hour and 323 nonstop.
