  • Lol! I'm watching Saturday Night Fever and these shoes look like something John Travolta's character would wear.

  • also one more thing, sorry im writing so much...i just wanted to say if you come to Los angeles there is a shop here called She's Gotta Have it'' its a thrift shop in Venice Beach and they cater to all things seventies but theyre slowly giving in to the 80's and you have to show continued interst in what youwant or they will eventually change to whatever they can sell. Also you can try a thift shop called WasteLand'' on melrose ave , i bought a floor length suede vest there and leather flares.

  • as i was saying im a child of the seventies and i admire anyone who is brave enough to keep up with the styles shoes and clothing of such a awesome time in history.i admire what you have here in your video , keep up the good work.

  • wow! how fortunate you are to have such a great collection of platform shoes! the challenge which didnt exist back in the 90's is finding the right 70's clothes to go with them! i have a lot of seventies platforms myself which im going to post eventually, but i do have a lot of vintage bell bottoms and leather pants and denim skirts and etc..that i only found in Venice California in Los angeles, but the kind of shoes youhave can only be found here in Los angeles thrift shops ,.

  • @tothatextent You can keep your fashion options as narrow as you'd like for yourself but that's about it. You lack the necessary mental acruity to effect any meaningful influence externally. lol

  • Could you do a few revving videos wearing ANY of those shoes with an EXTREMELY LOUD car or truck? Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

  • tothateextent, they looked like fags to you, cause you associate heels with women, like people associate pink with women and blue with men, But way back when, people associated voting to just men, and white ones at that, but attitudes sometimes have to change, as we become more open minded we begin to accept more and better yet we accept ourselves when we over come fears of what others might think! Think for yourself, wear what you want! Happy Holidays ;-)

  • @tothatextent why is being a woman an Excuse? and why is it wronge to look like a fag, but ok to look like a Dork? Heels and platforms were created for Royalty, Kings wore them , and peasants werent allowed, the reason women wear them is because men have put them on a pedastal for sexual purposes, Like slave and master, the woman is the master and the man is the slave! And its 2010, why is it ok for the women to take on Male roles but wronge for men to take on feminine?

  • @Dreambro1 At least women have an excuse - they are women after all. But, I remember dudes wearing those types of shoes back in the 70's. Even as a kid I would think: "those guys look like fags".

  • @tothatextent Yeah, and just think, Women still wear them! ;-(
