looks like the dog had a surgery on that back leg, probably a torn acl. my last mastiff did the same thing. this dog looks very poorly kept, doesn't look happy, and if that's the case, this guy has no business treating the animal like this. he's probably into breeding, hence he's checking to see if she's in heat. makes me sick, dont treat your dogs like this. Please

The female was in heat, the guy in black shirt is the owner, the bald guy is the guy who bred her. I assume that they had some kind of co-ownership deal. But the female was nervous of the bald guy as she obviously didn't know him/remember him. And kept putting her head down from being nervous.
The choking noise is actually coming from a male in the background.
