lol call me a fanboy, but I honsetly love ALL of their albums, exepct for Lulu. I love listening to St.Anger when I have a shitty day, and you know what? This album gives me a good mood, dunno why. Of course that their first 5 albums are masterpieces and nothing can be compared to that, but hey, they have recently released a kick ass EP (Beyond Magnetic) a couple of weeks ago and every song is fucking amazing. Not like old Metallica, but you can tell it's Metallica.

@VlaDuZa Yeah I totally agree with that, Metallica was and will stay one of my favorite band. I'm just sad that they tend to become more than a band like ACDC, being a show band that only live of what they made in the past and nothing esle good to expect from the modern work anymore. Unlike some other thrash bands which still have it and carry on to make impressive new albums. KH is my idol, I just wish him to try to reach its a new level again

Dude I know, Kirk is a very sloppy guitar player, but what can you do about it? Stop listening to Metallica? Of course not. Y'know, 80's thrash metal is very messy and Metallica (and many other 80's thrash metal bands) had a lot of fuck ups live (and in the studio, if you listen to the guitar and drums tracks individually), even during their golden years (1984 - 1993). I am completely OK with that and I actually like it. Hey he and the rest of the band will always stay legends to me

@VlaDuZa Why not use it? Again, and again and again, and again...Even his solos he wrote without wah are now played with wah. It doen't sound good anymore after awhile. Thus he always change those to make them match with the pedal use. ALWAYS to simplify the thing. He was a great player, now not sure he can still do the job
