Mail order--ebay Craigs List Scam is basically the same---Fraudulent Cashiers Check You deposit check--send merchandise--a week or 2 later check bounces--Counterfeit!!!

Try this --play the scammers game--send out box of dirt as scammer pays postage---they got what they paid for. Scammer got SCAMMED!! :)

I run an ad on Craig'sList for Guitar/Bass Lessons and they contact me wanting 3 lessons a week, Mon, Wed, Fri, for two hours each. Anybody knows guitar lessons are 30-60 minutes a week with time for practice. Their excuse is that there was supposed to be "A second check for the "guitar student's nanny" I let them send me their fake checks-I have 37 now-and tell them that I will wire "the nanny's" fee when the funds "post to my account". Wasting their time is far better than deleting them.

I run them around for a week then tell them I knew it was a scam all along.

some one is trying to sam me right now XD, says he's hearing impaired, that he will have his "mover" come pick it up, and that he will send me a cashier check with $50 extra, i just sent him an agreement, and as soon as that check comes in, I'm going to tell him, NO DEAL, check was rejected lol, or should i just tell him that i sold it?

I bought a suzuki gxsr on cragis list 2005 spent like 4500$ and plus i was short some cash so i gve him an axbox and a macontosh computer imac.. and i never bought nothing like that be 4 and i went behind my parents back i just turned 18 so i thought i knew everything .. and i never got the title and got scammed all the money i had =[ so im out 4500+ dollars some valuable item of mine and no bike

I almost got scammed, luckily my parents stopped me, but I contact the site called kijiji, it is where I live, its like craigslist. And I e-mailed the complain and the site blocked those scam artists off the site.

Fingerprinting paper is pointless, the paper absorbs the oils and diffuses the "print".
