All the nasty comments in the world can't undo what Sly has done for music and for helping bridge the gap between black and white, man and woman....and he did it by IGNORING the whole racism thang and doing it the HUMAN way, not the television way....You put a black baby and a white baby in a room, and they'll play together like brothers.....until their world tells them there IS a difference, they don't even see it...the media keeps racism alive...

What I've noticed and learn is that people who enter entertainment never leave it the same. Fame can bring out the worse and best in you. If you get to caught up, situations like Sly can be the result or worse
