@vfIskullangel They are not nearly as expensive to keep as many people lead you to believe, most of those crazy expensive bills are from owners not knowing how to drive them properly or from shady repair guys. My channel has a bunch of car relaated videos from events and car drives I have been two. My latest event I rode in a Diablo roadster with quicksilver, it is probably one of the best ride along videos on youtube. No music, great sound, pure V12 power. Take Care

The first generation 2 wheel drives are probably the greatest bargain in the supercar arena. Under 100k, over 200mph, stops traffic wherever you go, what more is there to want?

@tigertic1 They might be cheap but realistically they are also very expensive to maintain. this one here had a leak a few years ago costing 22k to fix. Then basic service was well over 12k.

@vfIskullangel I recognize your username from the Lambo Forums. The prices you are quoting are beyond overpriced, just because someone pays that much to get it something fix does not mean that is what they should have paid. You can go on Lambo Parts and buy a complete Murcielago engine for under 30k, Evans Auto quoted me around 40k for a complete rebuild for a Diablo Block. Budget around 5-7k a year and you should be fine, the major service is right around 10k.

@tigertic1 Most of these cars are very expensive to maintain period unless you've got a very expendable source of income or you don't plan on driving it very often. If I'm going to spend 30k on a motor it won't be a Murcielago engine, I could buy and build me a 1000hp Twin Turbo LSX motor and put that baby in there and would be about as a fast as a Mclaren F1.

How do you find all these cool cars?

@Naturalhit Its like storm chasing. I get leads from various sources and go get it. This was on a facebook lead for me. a buddy of mine was at the chapel hills mall and tipped me off. :)
