Why would the Pope be the antichrist?! HOW would the Pope be the antichrist?! The Pope IS the vicar of Christ and the representative of Christ on Earth!! All the Pope does is try to do God's will and establish peace, love, justice, and unity not only in the Catholic Church, but everywhere! ANYONE who believes that the Pope is the antichrist is seriously ignorant!

I'm sorry to contest your supposed claim about the Prophecy of the Century being fictional but you fail to see the depth and complexity in the details provided in the bible. In the beginning of the video where they addressed John Paul's extensive travels, was not an appeal to anything but simply an honest fact and I should be one to understand as I am Polish and was born and raised a Catholic.

I used to think that maybe there was something to the Pope being the antichrist, as there has been quite the PR campaign to smear the Pope and the Catholic church.

I am now, and have been for a few months, of the opinion that The Catholic Church is definitely not the anti-christ, and neither is the pope.  Catholic church leadership shuld look at 2 things, though: Ezekiel chapter 34 re; shephards - and those passages in Revelation where Jesus speals to the various churches.
