FAO luffanjr: If you must insist on posting negative comments do at least bother reading up on the subject matter at hand. You said 'FFs that was not closed correct. If it even was a number four you cant help with your other hand to close the first bit. NOT approved! '. ALL gripper closes, expect for so-called TNS (table no sets) allow a setting of the gripper with the other hand. This includes IM cert scheme. But this wasn't a certificated attempt. It's just a close. And it has the No 4 showing

That was awesome!!! People don't realize just how hard the CoC are. I've had approx. 50+ people try to close my #1... only 3 have done it!!! This is a #4 close. Crazy!!

Useless to have a functional strength? Dude do you have any clue what you are talking? The best function of a hand is to grip, if to have a powerful grip is not functional then I don't know what is.

just bought a number 1 and its fucking hard to close. i do like 5 reps per set. cant imagine how hard nr 4 is
