I thought the Aardman ("Morph", "Wallace and Gromit", "Chicken Run") style of modeling and animation worked so well, so I based the animation I did for this clay-animated character on it.
These scenes are taken from a short film called "The Disintegration of Dale Derringer".
This continues to exude excellent.

Damn good sync.

@prammaven Thanks! It's just an old fashioned dope sheet and replacement mouths. The sounds that make up all the lines are marked frame by frame onto sheets of paper so that the animator knows what shape the mouth should be as he/she animates.
