I had the opportunity to view this video through my Master's in Psychology program with the University of the Rockies. I can definitely relate to the shopping and eating addictions. Dr. Wright's suggestion that we literally burn the $ we waste on our additions was frightening. I used to shop on eBay all night, however I traded it in for taking classes online and earning my Master’s degree. I am spending more money on tuition than I ever did on eBay, hopefully, the investment will be worth it.
