If you want to keep a Milsim look and add a verticle grip, you can lop off the lip with a hacksaw & file. This will provide you with a flat surface that you can mount a Picatinny rail onto. Buy yourself a cheap generic grip and slap it on.

The R.O.C. stock might fit your needs for a stock with good sight release and adjustable overall length.

The FLAME drop forward, freakin hilarious dude. Not a bad setup though. I like the RT, just takes some fine tuning to get it right.
