Let's ask any country with "government" health care then.

England: 70% approval rating in 2011.

Canada: 94% approval rating

All of other countries with universal health care have reported high citizen approval rate. So yes, this ad is misleading, just like any other tv ad put out by Dem or Rep.

i like gary johnson, hes probably my favourite american politician but this is just plain wrong. i live in the UK and am so thankful of the NHS, it is an abomination that people are left to suffer with treatable conditions such as hernias, paralysis etc. in america due to lack of income.

I live in a country with government health care, and I am very thankful. Because of it my mom could have surgery that cost her no more than 80$, without the surgery she wouldn't be able to walk. A few months ago I ended up in the hospital, there I received IV treatment for 10hours, a short of morphine, food and drinks and psychological health evaluation, and I got no bill for it. They wished me good luck and send me home. I actually feel taken care of here, so yes, ask me about it.

Every other industrialized nation on earth has some form of public, universal health care. They also have better health care outcomes and spend less than we do.
