Switch to full res. and look closely, or just watch the last 30 sec! Maybe you need a new monitor or new glasses?

Listen carefully! Clear octaves on the low strings, and the phased ringing of unisons from the trebles. Maybe you need a hearing aid?

12 strings, no doubt!

Granted, not many players have the skill and strength to play a 12-string like this, so your doubt is justified, sort of. Of the guitarists I have listened to, Dan Crary and Stevie Ray Vaughan are the two who stand out.
