Silver Lining GX200 Exhaust testing - Quiet!

Finished exhaust header and muffler for my four stroke paramotor project. Had to hear how quiet it was. It will be awsome to fly something that I can talk over while running!

Made the header, the muffler is a FMF universal mufffler.

hi jay are you going to do a thrust test and are you planning on selling these paramotors thanks

I will be thrust testing this weekend if all goes as planned. The motor is mounted and assembled on frame. Finishing fuel system. I do plan on making these availible as a redrive kit for those who would like to build their own. Once I have some good thrust numbers I will be having about a dozen redrives machined due to the popular interest  of this project. Later I would like to build complete paramotors and have those availible also.

Engine with redrive and exhaust is 32lbs. My complete paramotor weighs in at 61lbs

Getting closer, Finishing motor mount assembly and welding to frame, Then I can at least test with a prop on. Cant wait, wish I had more free time to get this done. So far I have everything I need to finish other than time. Will post more vids soon, hope to have mounts done this weekend! Thanks, Jay
