The Atlantics were perhaps the best Boston power pop band from the late 1970s - early 1980s. This is the first song from the debut album Big City Rock, "One Last Night". I tried to improve the audio quality a bit for this video. The Atlantics were:
Bobby Marron, Lead Vocals - Bruce Wilkinson, Bass /vocals - Tom Hauck, Guitar / vocals - Fred Pineau, Lead guitar (1978-1983) - Ray Fernandes, Drums /vocals (1977-1979 - Paul Caruso, Drums /vocals (1979-1983) - Boby Bear, Drums /vocals (1976-1977) - Jeff Lock, Lead guitar/vocals (1976-1978)

I've been going to rock shows for 30 years now. The Atlantics were among the very best I've seen. One of the regrets of my life is that I only saw them twice.

My friend Barry and I saw the Atlantics in New York in the late 70's when they warmed up Graham Parker. They blew us away. I would love to see a video of them performing Big City Rock - that is a hell of a song. Great memories.
