  • Hi.

    The "blowing glass" is actually a stick with a 12V light bulb at the end of it, and it is used for closing the fuse - thightening the two sides closely together.

    The black matereial is carbon fiber.

  • Question - When you have the fuse mostly put together you are doing something inside the "cockpit" area that looks allmost like when someone blows glass. Can you explain this part of your technique. I am just getting interested in moving from foam design to glassing with cloth and expoxy and this is much more advanced and interesting. What is the black mesh material referred as? Thanks
