@Tannimd I know what you mean. I felt like shit for about a year until I couldn't bear anylonger hiding the truth from her. I was close to a nervous breakdown when I told her, and she reacted so relaxed, I was like "wtf, and for this I almost peed in my pants?" lol. I'm very glad she is so accepting. This was almost 10 years ago.

Coming out is nerve wracking. I waited for years to tell my mum. She was like, yeah, I knew, be careful and I still love you. How anti-climatic, I mean I was already for a Harvey Fierstein - Anne Bancroft moment from Torch Song Trilogy. Still I am VERY glad she and my dad are ok with it. Just wish I had done it much sooner now.
