Bryan Murphy's bunt results in ejection. Controversy at Pitt

Murph's bunt for the Dayton Classics against the Xtra Effort Pirates occurred late in a tight game during the Pastime Mid-Atlantic Championships. The homeplate ump ruled that the first baseman touched the ball and Murph was safe at first. The first baseman was ejected for arguing. The call was later reversed, killing the Classics rally and sending the game deeper into extra innings. The top seeded Pirates won 5-4 in ten innings, ending the Classics season.

he definitely touched it with his glove. watch the bounce of the ball- after it hits his glove it bounces higher, otherwise the ball wouldve just rolled.
