Slow folder browsing in Windows 7?

If you have Kaspersky Antivirus 2010 or Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and you noticed that it takes 3 - 5 seconds for a folder to open in Windows 7, then follow these steps:

To resolve the slow folder browsing problem

- Disable the internet
- Disable Self Defense in Kaspersky
- Begin clicking through folders like crazy for about 30 seconds
- Enable Self Defense and the internet
- Everything is fixed and will stay fixed
