br had bulletspread it just spread out at distance, it was about aiming.
the point is if you spam your dmr you can easly get lucky kills, no problem, that way somebody who pases shots get puninsched, because the other noob gets lucky.
if a noob can't aim than he spams and is still able to get kills, witch is fuckign stupid.

The Halo 3 BR spread was luck and random too, but at least in Reach you can pace to have 100% accuracy if you want. You have that option. In Halo 3 you didn't

Patch will fix all this shit though.

halo 3 takes far more skill than reach
bloom rewards noobs for spamming, and its more luck and random based than its skill based.
