Great song. To manny family farms in my area go under every year. Sad. They were good people, that usually through no fault of their own had to sell out. God bless them and the ones that are still going.

Absolutely love this song and it almost brings tears to my eyes thinking about our old farmers ever being gone. I'm a 16 year old girl and I recently started a relationship with my country boy. I've been around the livestock and country life and I love it. When we go to the farm every weekend, it's amazing. I adore every funny smell and every ounce of well earned pain that it throws at me.
There's no way the good hearted farmers of America will go anywhere. It may get smaller, but here we are.

everylast famrboy and girl out there we are the last of the dying breed and i dont know about you but i dont intend on letting anyone take what me and my ancestors have worked so hard for. im not saying no one else works hard but until you have lived it you most likely do not understand.. for most of us it truly is us against the world... A little known fact for most of you haters to dwell on.. over half of the farm plan money is food stamps...

they great part about farming is the learning, i can fix my own truck, tractors, wire stuff, built stuff, weld stuff, and so on. when somthing goes down, i tear it apart and get it going again. i don't need to pay someone to do my shit.

This my Uncle's song. He was a hunter, carpenter, husband and father of two wonderful girls. Just a great guy and fun to be around. He died a few years ago from heart failure and it was a shock to us all as he was a big, strong healthy guy. It's just not the same without him.
