No, It had the same bolt pattern as Buick, Olds and Pontiac. I din't actuallt notice it was a caddy trans until the driveshaft shop gave me a turbo 400 yoke, the 375 case looks like a 400, and it was too large. The worst part was getting a dipstick to fit. had to use a tubing bender, hammer and lots of patience to make it fit. Uses turbo 400 dipstick. Hope I helped....
