Just wanted to do a quick video for friends who keep writing and asking about large meel swinging.
The point of this exercise routine is manage the weight . Try and be cautious no matter how large the meels or any clubs are fast reckless movements will lead to serious injury. Try slowing it down and control the weight of the the meels. You can speed it up after you get a refined and fluid movement. Use a weight that you can get many repetitions from . Great demo, your knowledge is extensive. I could not work out the reason why there was a difference in holding a club to swing in front of you and resting the clubs on your shoulder, your demo has just openned my eyes on how to start using a heavier meel. Thanks for sharing.
