Space Quest 6: The Spinal Frontier was developed and published by Sierra Entertainment in 1995. It was the last point-and-click adventure game in the Space Quest series and the last one using the SCI engine (comparable to LucasArts' SCUMM engine).

You can see a special PC MS-DOS demo version in this video. It featured an independent story not related to the main game and some extra in-jokes and easter eggs.
