This is a game made by tokyo extreme racer producers (genki) and nfs copied tokyo extreme racer in fact.
cause the first tokyo extreme racer was on dreamcast so it was way before nfs underground 1 made it.
but its just highway racing so not a lot of people are a fan of that.
im a fan since the first one.

i used to love this game, but then when i played forza 2 and went back to this game I found that the physics were shitty compared to forza 2. :/

No, there ARE exits labeled Wangan, but they are locked off.
Also how did you get the screen capture of the video, Cam on the TV?
