Mr Big...... Romeo

Mr Big were a British pop rock band, active in the 1970s and 1990s. They were formed by Jeff Pain (aka Dicken) and best known for their 1977 Top 5 hit, "Romeo". The band was originally active from 1972-1978 and then for a second period from 1990-1998.

Mr Big have 4 albums: 'Sweet Silence' 'Mr Big' with Romeo on it, 'Seppuko' and their latest album is 'Bitter Streets'.

Dicken and Pete Crowther from the original Mr Big formed another band 'Broken Home' who had 2 albums, 'Broken Home' and 'Life' these can be found at Angel Air Records or from Soundfactormusic including signed copies.Their new single is called Come and Dance which is on our site. It annoys me to no end that this album never has been re-released on cd. I think it is their finest album. It's such a shame.
