A Pong clone running on the Atmel STK1000 Development Kit. Sound and graphics inspired by one of the greatest games of all time: Super Mario Bros for the NES.

Implemented as a project for the course TDT4258 at NTNU spring 2007.

The code is running on Linux 2.6.11.

  • @smashbros35 - The STK1000 is a developer kit for the Atmel AVR32 processor. It's a "micro controller development kit", the kind of thing used by people who build embedded devices like MP3-players, car computers, systems controlling industrial processes etc. The STK1000 is a "general purpose" kit that let you write software that can run on special purpose built hardware.

  • That was quite clever guys. The homage to Pong with the vines was really great. The creativity and implementation of the Pong-Mario concept equals the skill to program it.
