Wow, what a magical moment to have preserved. It almost doesn't seem real. Thank you for sharing. And thanks to the internet I finally know your father's name after having been captivated as a child by his performance in the film Paint Your Wagon so many years ago. Gifted performers such as your father and you help take the sting off the world's bite. Thank you.

He kept that youthful voice all his life. It was truly a gift.

Unsinkable Molly Brown is one of my favorite musicals. I love Harve Presnell and this is such an amazing song. I was hoping to find some of his other songs from "Unsinkable Molly Brown" on YT but, I'm not having much luck. I was looking for "Colorado My Home" . You and your Dad are wonderful. I"m so sorry he's no longer with us.

Oh, I love Harve Presnell. I never heard of his daughter but she is quite a singer as well. What a sweet duet. :D

Absolutely wonderful! I've loved Harve's voice since I was a kid and saw the movie "Molly Brown" He was SO awesome and sexy singing the "No" song. Just saw that he passed away in 2009, very sad, but he made SO many SO happy with his talent and awesome voice. Who knew he had a beautiful daughter with an awesome voice too! Thank you for this posting, what a treasure.

Thanks so much for posting this. Harve Presnell was an outstanding singer, and had a truly first class voice. But who would have predicted that he was also such a gifted actor? His work in "Fargo" was absolutely masterful. He did some distinguished acting in other films as well in his later. He was truly a master of all trades! You must be so incredibly proud of your illustrious dad. What a legacy!

Ruby, oh how I fell in love with your father as an eight-year-old girl watching, "The Unsinkable Molly Brown." What a gorgeous, handsome man and SUCH a voice! No one could or can compare. And to be able to still sing like he did in this video at nearly 70... Wow!!

@RubyPresnell Your dad had one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. I have the Broadway and film albums he did and also the Carmina Burana CD. I always thought he was classically trained, so the Carmina Burana was a real find. I wish I'd had the chance to tell him how much I loved his gorgeous voice.
