  • I did not work out 8 minutes only. I just didn't want the video to be too long and boring. I went running before doing this the bar is about 55 pounds heavy, I'm barely starting. I have lost about 30 pounds already!

  • its good you want to stay in shape but i suggest you go slower on the bench press. it looks like you're using the momentum from the last push to help you lift the weight which is being counter productive as you can hurt yourself from the jerky motions

  • If the weight is light i dont understand why you would only lift that much then. you're not challenging yourself and even if its light you should not bounce the weight, it should be done in a controlled manner.
