  • @Bugz0013 Your insults would be slightly more effective if you knew basic grammar. You know, things like using periods, and verb agreement. And attractiveness is a matter of personal opinion.

  • Great series and awesome tip on keeping the bell closer to the groin. I started kettlebell training 2 weeks ago and have been apparently doing it incorrectly by swinging the bell beneath my knees. Actually too close to the floor and I've been feeling it in my lower back. Thank you for the advice!! I'm glad I found your series on kettle bells. Might've saved my back...thanks again!!
