Ka Lu'u o ka O'o Viewpoint

Short video from inside of the Haleakala volcano crater. Taken from Ka Lu'u o ka O'o cinder cone, after hiking down into the main crater. The trail we took is linked below and it is part of the "sliding sands" trail which goes MUCH further than I would ever make it. Hiking down to this point took about 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace while stopping to take numerous photos. The hike back up was horrible. It took about as long to go back up, but stopping every few minutes to try to calm our hearts. Hiking at the elevations inside of this crater is brutal.
