I'm not sure what the minimum repair skill requirement is, but I unlocked all conversations with a repair skill of 17. This is best done with a scout, as repair is a class skill.

Just in case anyone was wondering, you need these Repair levels: For the first repair: 8 For the second repair: 11 For the third repair: 14 For the fourth repair: 17 The benefits for the repairs (besides the stories he tells): Repair one: DEX +2 Repair two: Defense +2 Repair three: Regen 1HP/round Repair four: Regen an additional 1HP/round and DEX +2 It can be modified by an item or something like the Force Valor line of powers.

OMG this is the *best* story in the game! My brother and I laughed our asses off the first time we heard this! Thank you SO much for posting this!
