This is my third TES Oblivion video. Here you can see how you can get a secret magical ring called "Ring of Gray" which has alot of different effects. You can obtain the ring by buying the house in Skingrad for 25.000 gold. Leave a comment if you don't understand or need help finding it.

for people who want to know how to buy it after they killed him...you have to wait 1 game year and he will revive if its 360 or PC if i am right...and for PS3 they made a patch that shorten it to 1month-3months(only on what race you are because some dont have to wait long...like he has to be your race for him to revive faster)
*this was 1year ago dont know if it changed for PC and 360 by then*

omg, few days ago I did the same thing (charm, bought the house), but because it was 25k septims and I didnt need another house, I load back before I bought it, I thought to myself: "Ah, nevermind, I'll buy it someday." xD Now I'm going to buy it immediately. :D thanks for the secret.

@Mirandacossy Yes some times the compass show the wrong direction. Just wait inside the castle where the argonian woman is located, he will be there a few minutes at some point. Hope this helps. Cheers
