Balintawak Arnis Demo (Six Flags DK)

Arnis is known as the Filipino Martial Art (FMA). It is because the Islands of the Philippines is so small that the Filipino's created this art to defend themselves from invading Countries and Tribes. Their weapons consisted of 2 Bladed weapons. It was later on when there were no wars to fight, an Eskrimador named Anciong Bacon created the Balintawak style that consisted of only one weapon, and an Open hand known as the "Live Hand".

Today, Filipino Arnis is slowly becoming extinct as others start to progress. These students in the video are few of the many people who are trying to keep this Martial Art alive by learning the art and hopefully passing on what they've learned down to their Descendants
