I'm going to pipe in on the cymbal comment, yeah, they're loud, but I wouldn't equate that to him playing with poor dynamics, the camera is really close to the crash which is clearly the worst offender, I bet it sounded great and balanced in person!
On that note, for some reason, the first tune reminds me of the first "Yoshi" game from Mario on SNES, little childhood flashback there haha. I really dug your playing man, nice pocket! Subscribed for sure! :)
I agree, on both counts. I'd suggest turning down the cymbals a notch for a slightly more balanced sound. I love the overall drumming; the technique's there and the tempo is pretty solid. You are a blessing to your worship team, Freddie! :D

Playing the groove without much fills and crashes would have improved the musicality of the performance.

I'm a guitarist but I'd say that cymbal work is a little too heavy for most worship even behind a drum screen. The drumming is fine.
