@SmallvilleFann1983 At one point when you have like 14 stars or something you see that sun tile in the main room of the castle with a sun ray on it. Step in the middle of it. Hold down R, X and the up arrow key for a few seconds till the scene changes then it tells you the this is the place with the ? block on it and yu gotta fly to the ? button and like jump on it. then it makes all the ? blocks useable . At least that's how I did it.

Long jump: Hold Z while running and press A
Wing Cap: Get 10 stars, look in the light in the castle and press the red switch
Because I'm really not sure what you mean.
