Pepperl+Fuchs SBL8 Photoelectric Sensor

Pepperl+Fuchs SBL8 photoelectric sensors prevent product damage caused by a congested conveyor.

In this application, a queue leads to a roller conveyor. In this queue, it is important that the containers are transported without pressure, which means that one container must not push on the one in front.

The SBL8-H roller conveyor control with backround suppression, located directly between
the rollers of the conveyor, prevents piece
goods from colliding. Direct control of valves
as well as cascading of several sensors is
possible.

These sensors are optionally equipped with
a magnetic valve to control material flow
directly. By linking the voltage supply, the electric signal and the compressed air, the installation outlay is minimal.
