Starfish One-by-One Institutional Video

Starfish One-by-One helps develop communities in Guatemala by unlocking the potential of their greatest asset: young women. The unique program entails a 3 tiered approach:
-Scholarships to cover middle and high school fees
-Mentoring by a woman who has overcome the same daunting obstacles to become a professional and community leader. This mentor equips each young woman with powerful information and a belief in herself.
-Guidance by an experienced woman to ensure that each young woman is capable of continued development (university, vocational training, employment etc) so that her unique talents benefit her family, community and country.
