@bilaczenko, normally a CEO has no interest in the Stockexchange share price of his company, he goes about with normal business as a priority, but the purpose of an Exchange is to provide liquidity capital to the markets, and a company requiring business growth looks to capital raising through an IPO. Hedge funds intentionally shorted companies share prices, with failure to deliver in naked short selling, knowing this would bankrupt business and cause families to separate

I wish to thank Parick Byrne for exposing racketering being committed by major hedge funds , a matter of social importance to the general public,For those unfamiliar of failure to deliver in naked short selling, an analogy is likened to persons wanting to purchase a block of land to build their first home, the broker or hegde fund recieves payment for the block of land unknown to the buyers that in fact their is no physical land to be had, another term used in trading is cornering the market.
