i am trying out 4 high school cheerleading and im thinking they r going 2 have me be a flyer but i have never done it what are some sretches that can help me do bow and arrows and scorpions and stuff that requires flexibleness

you're really good!! u need to try to do a tuck up to the stunt. idk what its called but since ya'll r really good and have good technieqe...it would be awesome. as soon as you get it post a video plzz .

Thanks! I totally appreciate it. The tuck-up to a stunt is generally called a Rewind. I'm usually more of a Full-Up (twisting) Stunter. The Rewind is on my list of things to work on. My partner Jess and I are currently working on a new sequence. Stay tuned =]
