Faith Hill was joking, although she probably should have thought how some people might take it. As for Carrie, I love that girl. She is another gem from American Idol like Kelly Pickler and Kelly Clarkson. She deserves her fame because she is GOOD.

I agree, this was pretty funny. Faith is such a cutie pie, but she didn't mean anything. She probably just blurted it on accident. Everybody feels that way when nominated, they want to win, and when the don't, they're disappointed...but they hold it back, smile and clap and cheer on the others. Maybe she was just a little too confident, but she didn't mean it like that, I know it for a fact. So loosen up on her. You'd have the same reaction, except, you'd lie.
