She is currently the lead dietitian in a diabetes intervention research project in Majuro, Marshall Islands.   • I really enjoyed this video, although I'm not diabetic. It is fact-filled and has lots of good info for anyone to use. Also, Brenda Davis is a highly reputable nutritionist, so her information can be relied on to be relevant and true.

    EUROPEANS EAT ''UNBLEACHED'' FLOUR AND HAVE NO ADVERSE EFFECTS AT ALL LIKE IN AMERICA and/or other COUNTRIES THAT HAVE LEARNED FROM AMERICA to BLEACH THE FLOUR, WHICH IS A PROCESS UTILIZING [from what I heard] DOG BONES are used to produce the whiteness and the bleaching OF THE WHITE flour IN AMERICA, UK and possibly even CANADA, also BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, etc.

    YUCK.
