  • totally useless..... no offense, its just a back hand but you do a 360 first. sorry didnt see the point of doing a vid for it, but ive taken a look at your other vids it would be nice to see you throw from the back so we can watch the general trajectory of the disk. thanks :)

  • I love that he gives detailed directions about how to execute the throw, but then when he displays the throw, he doesn't follow his own directions at all.

    Not a very good teacher.
