Tovid transcodes the youtube videos, and todisc from the tovid suite makes the menu. http://tovid.wikia.com/wiki/Tovid_Wiki
The menu was created in about 4 minutes with todisc (using ffmpeg for the quick menu technique ) The tovid suite and tovid and todisc scripts are linux only programs. Once you have installed tovid, you can recreate this demo with the additional script below.
