I'm surprised no one has mentioned Roberto Plano. Argerich is awesome -- in the sense that she truly inspires awe--but Plano gives me the gaucho riding over the pampas, the horse galloping yet under control, the joyful bursts of melody interrupting the pattern of the hooves.

I am a bit dissapointed with this performance, it sounded to me like she had trouble with the tempo and she used too much of pedal. I really love her performances, but this one just isn't on her level
