@bioshockkid Thanks a lot for asking and you're right, there is a lot to cover! I don't know when the next show will be unfortunately. I no longer work in produce and instead I know work full time producing shows like this for others. Hopefully I can record some more in the future. Thanks so much for watching!

love it - only question is how do you know when your pineapple is ripe?

@justhere67 sorry for the delay. Ripe pineapples should be a yellow/golden color with no blemishes which usually take the form of brown soft spots on the outer skin.
Also pick one that has still has green leaves, not brown and shrivled.
And check the bottom of the pineapple. On pineapples that are overripe you will see mold spots starting to form. Avoid these pineapples.
Oh and make sure your pineapple is heavy! Heavy = lots of juices;)
