Yes they DO have rayon, they DO have carcinogenic by-products from bleaching processes, they DO contribute to women's health problems, they DO create unnecessary waste in landfill, they DO cost thousands of dollars unnecessarily spent, & they DO allow companies to profit from our physiology.
And yes, people are concerned about these issues. You should be too. I strongly recommend looking into the alternatives mentioned in this video. I wish I had 20 years ago. Now I'll never go back!

what if you menstrual is really heavy because mines tend to be heavy and i get clots also and the craps are sometimes unbearable i end up taking like 2 aspirin for the pain.

@afropagangirl11223 If it's extra heavy, you might have to change the cup more often. Also, a lot of people (myself included) have fewer or weaker cramps after switching.
